We’re doing a lot of franchise setup and establishment, which involves setting up their territories, marketing procedures, and policies […] and then helping them manage it.

The challenge

We needed a solution to efficiently set up territories based on zip codes. It was also important for us to have quick access to detailed information about these territories, all in one place, at the click of a button.

We explored many options, and while most solutions seemed quite similar, Smappen stood out for a few key reasons. One of the features I love is the ability to organize everything into separate folders. This allowed our brokers to manage their own data while keeping our information clean and organized. The platform’s simplicity and organization made everything much easier to navigate.

Additionally, Smappen offered great value for the cost. It wasn’t as expensive as other solutions, and we feel like we’re getting more for less money, which is always a good determining factor.

The solution

Really easy to set up

Setting up Smappen was incredibly easy. Initially, we planned to have our brokers handle most of the setup and pre-work, as they work with multiple companies—sometimes as many as 30 at a time. However, my team was able to dive right in, mastering the program before the brokers even had their systems set up.

The learning curve was minimal, and the platform is intuitive to use, allowing us to move forward quickly.

Reactive team

There were a couple of instances where we had questions, and Smappen’s team was extremely responsive. They were quick to address our concerns and provide the support we needed, which was a big plus.
